MARGOT · REWRITE THE RULES
JOIN US IN A LIFELONG CAMPAIGN FOR CHANGE.
Go ahead. Make a promise to yourself.
Rewrite your rules.
Let go of an expectation you never chose. Set a boundary. Do something your way.
WHAT WILL YOU CHANGE?
What are you leaving behind? What are you choosing instead?
WHO MADE THE RULES?
Be quieter. Ask for less. Keep everyone else comfortable. Some expectations have been handed to women for so long that we stop questioning them.
You get to decide which expectations belong in your life.
OUR RUNWAY. OUR VISION.
At our runway events, we bring MARGOT’s vision to life: women taking up space, being seen and sharing what they stand for.
The conversations we start there carry on long after the event.
KELLY’S PROMISE.
“I promise to fight for change in the way women are viewed, treated and spoken about.”
In everyday life. In roles and industries dominated by men. And in our own homes.
I will challenge misogyny in the conversations we have, the behaviour we accept and the examples we set.
I want to teach respect and love to the next generation, helping girls and boys understand what healthy relationships look like at home, in friendship, at work and with a partner.
That is my commitment through MARGOT. A brighter future for women, for our children and for us all.

VOICES FROM OUR COMMUNITY.
Here’s what women have shared with us.
A woman's worth is inherent — she doesn't have to earn it by shrinking, sacrificing, or proving anything to anyone.
Live honestly, not politely.
If it costs me my peace, it's too expensive.
Rest is not lazy, it's essential. It's not weak to ask for help.
To be heard, seen and take up space without judgment.
Stop apologising for things that aren't your fault.
Fear no longer gets a say in my decisions.
Setting boundaries and learning to say no.
Be who you want to be, not who people think you should be.
I don't have to earn rest.
A woman should never have to shrink herself to make others comfortable.
Changing your mind isn't a crime. People shouldn't make you feel like you can't, or that you're any type of way for doing so.
Stop over-explaining, apologising and pleasing others that don't add value to your life.
Don't mistake my kindness for weakness.
Take more time for yourself and don't feel guilty about it.
You gotta be your own advocate. Fight your own corner.
Create a space where I can develop my business, my way. Freedom for self expression, always.
Do what moves me closer to stability, freedom, and a better life for me and my kids — even when it's uncomfortable.
Stop looking in the rear view mirror. That's not how you drive a car, and the same applies to life.
I will do my part well, but I'm not responsible for other people's choices.
Never settle for less than you deserve.
Put yourself and your mental health first.
