We know once you've ordered your MARGOT, you want it in your hands ASAP. We aim to process, pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our estimated UK Standard Delivery timeframe is 1–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

During launches, new collection drops, promotional periods and exceptionally busy periods, processing and delivery may take a little longer. We'll always do our best to get your MARGOT to you as quickly as possible.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next Day Delivery may be available at checkout for eligible UK orders.

Orders must be placed before the cut-off time displayed at checkout to qualify.

Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on UK Bank Holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery is subject to courier availability and your delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Yes — MARGOT travels.

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Available delivery options, estimated timeframes and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing can occasionally cause delays outside MARGOT's control.

LOCAL COLLECTION

Local Collection may be available for selected orders.

If Local Collection is available for your order, the option will be displayed at checkout.

Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Collection instructions, including the collection location and any relevant collection times, will be provided once your order is ready.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation using the contact details provided when placing your order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the courier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch notification.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we do everything reasonably possible to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen.

Courier disruption, severe weather, customs delays, Bank Holidays, exceptionally high order volumes and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If you're concerned about an order, please contact us and we'll help you locate it.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your tracking shows an unexpected delay or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us.

We may need to investigate the delivery with the relevant courier before determining the appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the external packaging

• Photographs of the affected item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

We'll review it and arrange the appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The amount charged will depend on the delivery method, order and destination.
